ACG Hungary is currently searching for a passionate Digital Account Manager to join their team

The Role

We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. Account Managers also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience.

 

The Responsibilities

  • run and optimize internal process

  • take responsibility for the digital project team

  • possess strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills

  • establish strong client relationships

  • improve margin and client happiness

  • Stay up to date with the newest digital trends

  • superb presentation skills in english as well

  • participate in data and automatization projects

 

But fulfilling these responsibilities is just as important as having:

  • a proven record in project management

  • understand current development technologies and opportunities

  • strong problem-solving skills

  • hands on knowledge in digital analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics is a plus)

  • a can-do, hands-on approach

  • excellent communication, presentation and time management skills

  • the confidence to share your opinion and the respect to listen to others

  • minimum 5+ years of experience and 2+ years experience in leadership
