Most job adverts are boring, no wonder it is hard to target them efficiently.
So when Decathlon, Hungary’s most active sports department brand was looking for new colleagues we created something special for them: the world’s sportiest job ad campaign.
We achieved that by placing those ads at the sportiest spots of Hungary, so only sporty people were likely to notice them.
Applicants who found the ads were asked to register on a microsite, and Decathlon awaited them right away on a personal interview.
The campaign generated a 700000 reach on social media platforms and a 1000 really sporty applicants.
