Are you just paying at the cashier, and asked if your loyalty card is in your wallet? Many of us forget carrying the plastic cards while shopping, thus Decathlon found a more comfortable way: their loyalty card was imagined to be built digitally into the new Decathlon application.
Within 3.5 months, we structured and developed a brand new app with our client, that was built on Decathlon’s global authentication and database system.
Beside the loyalty card, the app provides store locator, sport activity recommendations and webshop access.
So from now on, Decathlon loyalty card will always be with us when needed, in our smartphones.
