Nissan is keen on providing the best user experience online. Therefore they have upgraded their websites to a new CMS, Adobe Experience Manager. This is a highly customizable CMS tailored to Nissan’s needs. ACG, as the agency responsible for the online appearance have managed the transition with a dedicated team.
Our job was to collect requirements, filter and prioritize them and finally provide a clear brief to the developer team. Once the website was up and running our content team has uploaded a bit over 32.000 lines of revised text, multiple gigabytes of pictures and videos. The results of the 6 month long project was significant increase in the amount of Qualified Visitors, new platforms for up- and post-selling and a significantly reduced workflow for publishing new content.
